Matt brings over two decades of expertise in sales and marketing, with much of his career focused on the energy and natural resources sector.

Joining Denver Technology in 2011 as a Business Development Manager, Matt has advanced to General Manager, Business Development & Customer Success. He collaborates closely with the CEO and the General Manager, Business Innovation, to shape the company's strategic sales and marketing direction. Matt emphasises face-to-face communication, believing that cultivating enduring customer relationships hinges on providing attentive care and support.

Beyond Denver Technology, he actively participates in respected industry associations like Austmine and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, contributing to the broader business community.

Keren joined Denver Technology in December 2010 as a Senior PM/BA and advanced to General Manager, Business Innovation. She collaborates with the leadership team, clients, industry experts, and delivery teams to design and implement innovative solutions that transform our business and client operations. Keren manages our innovation culture, ensuring that research, experience, and ideas are effectively applied.

With over 20 years of experience in Technology, including 12 in the energy and natural resources sector, Keren brings a pragmatic approach to understanding and addressing clients’ challenges. She provides solutions that align with strategic objectives, ensuring that innovations deliver quantifiable value.

Keren is a member of Austmine and holds tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering and Information Systems.

Marco joined Denver Technology in 2021 as the Head of IT/OT Advisory & Engineering, leading a team focused on system and networking projects in Operational Technology (OT) environments. With over 20 years of experience in the resources industry, including Mining and Oil and Gas Systems, Marco brings extensive industry knowledge to his role.

Holding various engineering, leadership, and technology positions, including significant contributions at a leading control systems vendor, Marco is known for establishing resilient data platforms for OT data ingestion.

Marco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, which complements his practical experience in navigating complex industry challenges.

Mark joined Denver Technology in 2024 as a Solution Architect, bringing over two decades of technology experience across sectors such as mining & resources, utilities, government, and defence. His proactive approach and dedication drive innovation and ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Playing a crucial role in shaping Denver Technology's Solution Architecture and Delivery practices, he ensures high standards of quality and suitability. With his deep expertise, Mark translates complex requirements into actionable solutions that exceed client expectations.

He actively engages with industry interest groups to stay updated on new technologies and practices.

In 2023, Rob joined Denver Technology as the Head of Project Delivery, leading a team providing analytical and project management support. With over 25 years of experience in Energy and Natural Resources Systems, Rob and his team offer Business Analysis and Project Management services globally.

Rob's career includes strategic, leadership, and technological roles, contributing to his wealth of experience. Proficient in data analytics, PRINCE 2, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies, he plays a crucial role in asset management projects and networking programs, overseeing data-related system integrations with ERP products like SAP.

Rob holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey.

Adam joined the Denver Technology team in March 2022 to review and enhance the businesses Procurement function. In March of 2023, Adam assumed the role of Head of Managed Support Services. Collaborating closely with the leadership team and clients to ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer service and develop lasting relationships, Adam oversees a team of seasoned professionals with extensive industry-focused technical expertise.

With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Adam possesses a deep understanding of the critical role technology plays in business success and is acutely aware of the repercussions when technology fails to perform as intended. Leveraging his experience enables him to drive excellence within his team and assures clients that their decision to partner with Denver Technology is backed by expertise and commitment.

Carrie embarked on her journey with Denver Technology in 2018, starting as a trainee accountant while completing her university degree before advancing to the role of Finance Manager.

In her role as Finance Manager, Carrie collaborates closely with Denver Technology teams to develop and implement initiatives that optimise financial performance and support Denver Technology's strategic objectives. Carrie enjoys translating financial data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Carrie is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Western Australia. Through her studies and professional experience, Carrie has gained a well-rounded business knowledge that enriches her strategic approach to financial management.

Phoebe joined Denver Technology in 2020 and has since played a key role in structuring the HR department.

Holding a postgraduate degree and 10 years of experience in recruitment and HR, her strengths include team building for projects and fostering a positive team culture. In her role as HR Business Partner, Phoebe excels in developing and enforcing HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that Denver Technology's HR practices are both effective and comprehensive.

Phoebe was the driving force behind the implementation of our HRIS system that greatly improved efficiency and organisation, as well as developing a new performance development structure to support employee growth and development, highlighting her dedication to helping employees reach their full potential.
